This weekend has been a very theatre heavy one. Saturday: I taught my first class! I'm teaching some girls the basics of dancing and auditioning from 8:30-9:30am. So far so good :) Then right afterwards I rushed over to a 10am-2pm rehearsal for Hairspray! That was very tiring but fun. Then at 6:30 I headed over to the open-air theatre (where I watched fireworks with my friends) to watch The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged. It was so funny! I love Shakespeare and I love comedy so this show was just perfect!
Then Sunday I had a meeting with Carmel Repertory Theatre's youth board. The official name is Indy Junior Performers Guild or IJPG! I'm also glad to announce that for the 2011-2012 season I will be the IJPG Vice President! I'm very excited to get this group going! We're hoping to educate the youth of Indiana in the ways of theatre. And again I went strait to rehearsal afterwards. From 7:30-8:30pm vocal rehearsals. So that's my theatre filled weekend.
I also picked up the 5 rolls of film I dropped off to get developed which I talked about in a previous post. I think they turned out pretty good! I wanted to share with you guys some of my favorites from the 75 photos developed :) The top three are taken with my Diana F+ and the bottom three with my Canon Film SLR. I'm completely in love with the first one! I'm surprised it came out so well! It's a triple exposure of a swing. And the one of me was taken by my dad.
